1．如果您的贸易方式为一般贸易，请您准备如下单证：
为了能够给您快速提货（在提供提单时：请注意，正本提单收货人是“TO ORDER"的要有发货人的背书和实际收货人的公章；收货人是“TO ORDER+银行”的，通知方为具体收货人的，要有银行的背书和收货人的公章。有实际收货人的，不需要发货人背书，只需要收货人要加盖公章。
如果是电放提单，请您在提单的COPY件上加盖收货的公章，再准备一份换单保函，上面同样加盖收货人公章）外贸合同、箱单发票、报关报检委托书等。如果您的结汇方式是L/ C，那么还要付一份银行提供的进口付汇表（正本）
