空运运费的计算
（一）计费重量：航空公司规定，在货物体积小，重量大时，按实际重量计算；在货物体积大，重量小时，按体积计算。在集中托运时，一批货物由几件不同的货物组成，有轻泡货也有重货。其计费重量则采用整批货物的总毛重或总的体积重量，按两者之中较高的一个计算。
（二）航空公司运价和费用的种类
　　1.运价（RATES）：承运人为运输货物对规定的重量单位（或体积）收取的费用称为运价。运价指机场与机场间的（AIRPORT TO AIRPORT）空中费用，不包括承运人，代理人或机场收取的其他费用。
　　2.运费（TRANSPORTATION CHARGES）：根据适用运价计得的发货人或收货人应当支付的每批货物的运输费用称为运费。
　　3.航空公司按国际航空运输协会所制定的三个区划费率收取国际航空运费。一区主要指南北美洲，格陵兰等；二区主要指欧洲，非洲，伊朗等；三区主要指亚洲，澳大利亚
　　4.主要的航空货物运价有四类：（1）一般货物运价（GENERAL CARGO RATE“GCR”）；（2）特种货物运价或指定商品运价（SPECIAL CARGO RATE；SPECIFIC COMMODITY RATE“SCR”）；（3）货物的等级运价（CLASS RATE“CCR”）；（4）集装箱货物运价（UNITIZED CONSIGNMENTS RATE“UCR”）
（三）起码运费：是航空公司办理一批货物所能接受的最低运费，不论货物的重量或体积大小，在两点之间运输一批货物应收取的最低金额。不同地区有不同的起码运费。
（四）有关运价的其他规定：各种不同的航空运价和费用都有下列共同点：1.运价是指从一机场到另一机场。而且只适用于单一方向。 2.不包括其他额外费用。如提货，报关，接交和仓储费用等。3.运价通常使用当地货币公布。4.运价一般以公斤或磅为计算单位。5.航空运单中的运价是按出具运单之日所适用的运价。
