为便于被代理商操作，现将主要流程明确如下：
1、外商与被代理商确认好报价，被代理商得到外商订单，且双方互相确认其他各项条款后，被代理商把订单和报价单提供给中泽国际物流，与中泽国际物流签订《出口代理协议》；
2、中泽国际物流根据业务需要与外商签订外贸出口合同或者出具形式发票(Proforma Invoice)；——被代理商需提供外方联系方式和联系人；
3、合同签订后，外商通过信用证(L/C)或者电汇(T/T)打款至中泽国际物流，中泽国际物流扣除代理费将相应货款付至被代理商指定帐户,被代理商收到货款后，在中泽国际物流指定时间内开出增值税发票或者收据。
4、在FOB的条款下，中泽国际物流代理提货并送至港口仓库、订舱，安排出口报关等港前事宜；
在CIF的条款下，除了上述工作，中泽国际物流代理货物装船、并把货物运输至外商指定境外港口，船开后，船公司签发提单。
5、中泽国际物流在安排货物操作时，同时整理全套出口单据，并在货物抵达始发港前将出口单据转交报关员手中；在船舶离港后1个半月左右，海关会将核销单/关单返还中泽国际物流。
6、船开后，中泽国际物流整理全套提货单据（箱单、发票、提单、原产地证），并开具应收账单，被代理商支付产生的拖车费、港口各项清关费用、海运费和因此而产生的其他费用，款到中泽国际物流帐后，中泽国际物流放单。
7、被代理商将全套出口单据寄给国外，以便外商安排进口提货事宜；
8、海关退回出口单据后，中泽国际物流安排后续核销退税事宜。
备注：
与被代理商之间的操作配合还要视业务的具体情况而定。
